Disappointing
The front desk staff was nice and helpful, especially the young man. The location was great for the Palace, Village. Myeongdong, and lots of food options.
There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drains for over a day. Room was poorly organized, the TV was in the way of me walking to the other side of the room. Bathroom was too small and got wet easily. My room was not cleaned the 2nd night, apparently because I was checking out the next day. Rooms should always be cleaned, if not for the basics. (I used to work as a housekeeper, so I know.)
